Plastic Primer is an adhesion promoter - a plastic etch primer that promotes adhesion by etching and adhering to substrates.  It creates a foundation (or layer) for regular paints and fillers to adhere to without coming into contact with the polypropylene or plastic.  Plastic primer is suitable for use on all automotive plastic components.
